Our Harlem Community is Not a Political Prop Belonging to the DSA!

Driven Solely by Elites, the DSA (the Demagogue Socialists of Anti-America & Anarchism) is Unqualified to Speak For or Represent Us with Their Lunacy.

In New York City, USA this residential Harlem neighborhood street is lined with apartment buildings and parked cars.

The Ai Gen Audio below is for the text read which follows it:

Throughout the news media and all over social media, the entire nation is wondering: What is going on with NYC, and why is it electing DSA-backed candidates who hold such extreme and bizarre ideologies?

The data shows the truth:

Darializa and her DSA backers consist solely of and represent an affluent, out-of-touch elite cabal enterprise (a rogue element of the Democratic Party which it has lost total control of and is currently locked in a civil war with); an enterprise that aims to exploit and utilize Black and Brown people like poster children to achieve their radical political agenda.

The DSA’s are fighting for their own extreme ideology, but we are fighting for safe streets, strong schools, and a prosperous Harlem.

The data clearly shows:

The anarchists of DSA do not have the support of our working-class neighborhoods. Their extreme platform has been rejected by the very people they claim to champion—including our local Black, Brown, Hispanic, Nuyorican, Foundational Black American, Mexican, and Dominican communities (along with White, Black, and Brown pragmatic-thinking realists and common-sense people) who all want safe streets, strong schools, and real opportunities, not empty slogans and anarchism.

SAVE ACT & ELECTION INTEGRITY

Closing Critical Vulnerabilities & Restoring Voter ID in New York

🏛️ Active State Court Matter vs. Board of Elections

Forum & Index Number: NYS Supreme Court, New York County — Index #: 157172/2026
We are currently in active litigation against the New York City Board of Elections (BOE) to force the closure of major systemic loopholes that enable fictitious registration and unauthorized voting in NYC.

The Core Threat: The Digital “Ghost Army” of Voters

Under current sanctuary city election operations, creating fraudulent voter profiles or registering unauthorized voters requires nothing more than a domestic or international internet connection and a standard printer. The system relies on antiquated laws—such as Reagan-era federal frameworks like UOCAVA created long before high-resolution laser printers, smartphones, or digital editing existed—to cure “INV” (Identification Not Verified) status.

Election administrators routinely accept easily forged paper utility bills, bank statements, or non-citizen local IDs (such as NYCID or Green Light Driver’s Licenses) at voting locations to resolve unverified status, while failing to properly equip or train poll workers to authenticate true legal proof of citizenship.

Systemic Vulnerabilities Exposed in Our Lawsuit

1. No Human Bot Verification (CAPTCHA) The Board of Elections’ online portal lacks CAPTCHA, exposing the registration system to automated script scraping and batch entries.
2. Unverified Online Registration Status Online registrants submit profiles without upfront citizenship verification, placing them on “INV” status that is easily cured with basic (easy to counterfeit) paperwork.
3. Unchecked Automatic Registration (AVR) Non-residents and non-citizens interact with state agencies (DMV, Social Services, DOL, CUNY/SUNY) and are funneled into automatic registration rolls.
4. Green Light Licenses & Non-Citizen Heads of Household Driver’s licenses issued to non-citizens and non-citizen parents of birthright children are routinely swept into active voter database lists.

Say YES to the SAVE Act & Voter ID

83% Bipartisan National Support for Voter ID & Proof of Citizenship

Opponents claim Voter ID laws cause disenfranchisement, but history proves otherwise. As part of our court filings, we presented an official copy of my grandmother’s historical NYC Voter ID card used over 50 years ago in New York City.

“If New York City successfully administered physical Voter IDs 50 years ago, there is no technical or legal reason why a far more technologically advanced state cannot issue secure Voter IDs today.”

🚨 Breaking Corroboration: The IDEMIA Motor-Voter Scandal

Our ongoing litigation pre-dates recent official admissions regarding multi-state voter database vulnerabilities. New York State lawmakers are now demanding formal hearings from Governor Kathy Hochul’s administration following major systemic software failures linked to Motor Voter registration systems.

  • The Regional Catalyst: In neighboring New Jersey, official investigations revealed that a software error by private vendor IDEMIA mistakenly registered roughly 6,600 non-citizens through Motor Vehicle Commission systems, resulting in hundreds of illegal ballots cast.
  • Shared Infrastructure Risks: Because IDEMIA software handles DMV and state agency data collection across dozens of states, New York Assembly members have sent formal demands to audit New York’s databases for identical vulnerabilities.
  • Federal Intervention: The U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division initiated inquiries into these software failures, citing the unlawful dilution of legal votes.
* Our legal team and campaign staff are continuing discovery and active investigation in this matter.

Are the members of the DSA hearing themselves speak? This is pure lunacy.

DSA also say (a) America deserved the 9/11 attack, and (b) wipe your waste with the American flag. My question is if DSA hate USA so much why don’t they just go back where they came from and go enjoy life there? We all may have an issue with particulars, but have sense not wanting the anarchy that Darializa & DSA are calling for.

Watch the videos below (ordered by runtime) to see which offers the most complete breakdown of the data and threats surrounding Darializa and DSA.

CAUTION WARNING BEWARE

Congressional candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier rejected the idea that abolishing police meant reforming it, writing on Twitter:

No. It means ending policing full stop. Period. No more police at all ever.

Context of the Quote

  • The Exchange: A social media user argued that abolishing the police meant changing policing rather than removing it entirely, which prompted her strict “no more police at all ever” response.
  • Related Posts: In the same thread, she also posted, “F**k you. We’re gonna defund and abolish. You don’t get to water down our movements!”

But in reality, we all know she’s not built like that. Let some bandit snatch her pocketbook (purse). She’ll be the first screaming and shouting “Help Police“!!

Further, she is politically flip-flopping now that she is running for office, claiming, “I certainly wouldn’t use a lot of the language that I used back then today.” She didn’t change her ideology; what happened is that polling disclosed to her that all of “abolish law enforcement, borders, anti-America, pro-anarchy, burn the USA flag, etc.” is not popular. So, like many politicians do, her words change like the weather.

These are not statements she made when she was a little teenager. These statements were made when she was a grown adult (between the present and approximately 3 years ago)—the same time period that she now relies on within this very race, touting it as the period when she had such a great wealth of intelligence, when she was teaching others, protesting, and allegedly working in the legal sector. She wants to boast about that period to back her qualifications for congressional office, but in contradiction, dismisses that same period with an attitude of, “Oh, I was just a kid then.””I’m a different person from last month when I began this campaign” You can’t have it both ways.

Furthermore, she is still just generalizing her flip-flopping without specifying what she is actually disavowing. She stood on all those anarchist, anti-American, etc., grounds at the beginning of her 2026 campaign for office; if she is attempting to recant now, she should simply trash her whole campaign (everything it was founded on) and withdraw from the race instead of now going into hiding.

We nominate Darializa for President in Palestine or Israel

But Definitely Not For NY 13 Congress

SHE’S NEGLECTING THE NEEDS OF NY 13 – CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Whilst true that members of the house of representatives have both domestic and international duties to perform, a candidate should not neglect his or her own voters’ needs here at home by purely making a singular international issue the focal point and core of their campaign like Darializa is doing. The Israel Palestine conflict, as highly IMPORTANT as it is, it should not supersede voters’ needs here at home to public safety, housing protection from DSA’s own gentrification assaults upon NY 13 residents, rights to employment, protections in both civil & criminal courts, health care, election integrity, and neighborhood communities maintenance (amongst other domestic needs).

Darializa Should Run for President in Palestine or Israel. “Conflict of interest representation”

If Darializa is so centered and inundated solely on the Israel Palestine region politics, making it the heart of her campaign,  maybe she should consider running an active campaign for president in that region (for either Israel or Palestine) instead of for congress here at home,  for NY 13, congressional district.

She is presently running for another country’s presidency constructively, maybe she should think or run for either one or the other to avoid representing our voters here at home, with a “conflict of interest representation” as I quote the Supreme Court of the U.S.A.:

“Indeed, double allegiance, in the sense of double nationality [public office candidacy representation], has no place in our law…”  (also see conflict of interests clauses within: The Emoluments Clause Violation: Article I, Section 6 & 9 of the U.S. Constitution; the U.S. House Oath of Office; The Dual Loyalty Disclosure Act; The Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act; resign-to-run law (or a ban on simultaneous candidacies).

NY 13, is a diverse population holding a populace of Foundational citizens with deep American roots, and immigrants sprouting roots from many parts of the world, around the globe. Thus no NY 13 congressional candidate should be so inundated in only one foreign interest allowing it to supersede its own voters’ vast interests here at home.

Thus this is why I am proudly nominating Darializa for President for either Palestine or Israel (now her actually obtaining either office is a whole entirely different question). .

Political CIVIL WAR:

All Americans Vs. Anti-America

All Americans, no matter what your political affiliation, are being called to arms to vote against the DSA. (DSA = The Demagogue Socialists of Anti-America & Anarchism).
As we are all witnessing, both the Democratic Party and its radical subset, the DSA -“Democratic Socialists of ‘America”, are engaged in an all-out political civil war with each other.

The Democat establishment has step aside away, and distinguish itself from not being part of the DSA’s radical platform that proposes anarchism, wiping waste with the USA FLAG, OVERTHROWING U.S. GOVERNMENT, and our way of life.

“Dems’ March of Folly’ ‘Rearranging the Deckchairs on the Titanic”

The establishment Democratic leadership has failed the American people, by opening its doors to far-left insurgents. The Dem party has introduced, installed, and allowed a radical, Anti-America faction to infiltrate our political system from within. Until the Democratic Party restores public trust by sanitizing its ranks and purging these radical threats, its political judgment cannot be trusted. Rather than placing DSA in excommunicado status, the Democrats instead are attempting to cover up their political blunders & follies with chants of “Big Tent”.

“Et tu, Brute?”:

These political insurgents have now turned on, and back stabbing their party masters. In primary elections across the nation, DSA candidates are unseating long-serving Democratic incumbents against the express will and wishes of the party establishment. The DSA shows zero loyalty and zero mercy—operating with political anarchism inside the primary system while campaigning for a radical transformation of our nation.

The Frankenstein Experiment

The Democratic establishment created a political Frankenstein’s monster it can no longer control:

The Experiment:

Mainstream Democrats welcomed and courted far-left insurgent groups like the DSA to boost youth turnout, energize grassroots fundraising, and secure key electoral victories.

The Loss of Control: “We Created a Monster”

Instead of remaining a quiet, subordinate voting block inside the broader coalition, these progressive insurgents weaponized the party’s own infrastructure and primary system to target and unseat moderate Democratic incumbents. The DSA’s mouth is foaming and its fangs are drooling and dripping.

The Result:

Metaphorically, the DSA is no longer acting as humble subordinates—they are pounding their chest, shouting to party leadership, “I’m King Kong!”. Party leadership now finds itself locked in a losing ideological tug-of-war with a monster it helped empower, leaving mainstream Democrats struggling to manage the very forces they brought into the tent.

The Real Threat to Our Nation

This radical subset spews anti-American rhetoric, hate, and anarchism. Its agenda aims to undermine and sabotage America, dismantling the country we built and reducing it to an unrecognizable state.
By pursuing policies that erase borders, weaken national defense, disable law and order, and reshape our constitutional framework, this movement leaves the nation vulnerable and opens the door for radical restructuring. We cannot afford to be so naive and gullible as to ignore the writing on the wall.

Closing

In short, the Democratic Party’s political acumen that introduced, installed, and allowed this anti-American faction to infiltrate our political system can no longer be trusted. At least, not until it purges and sanitizes its ranks of these political extremists and public trust has been fully restored. The Democratic establishment created this monster for short-term electoral gains—and until they clean house, the American voter will ultimately pay the price.

UNIVERSAL CAPITALISM (UCAP)

Below is an AI audio Narration for the further below UCAP Campaign Proposition

Vote for Universal Capitalism(UCAP) Not Socialism: Fixing Access, Lowering Crime & Mass Incarceration, Preserving the Champion

For 168 years and counting, the United States economy has been the undisputed global leader in both total Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and GDP per Capita (GDPC). We haven’t just been playing the economic game; our capitalist system has been winning the global championship for over a century and a half, producing more raw wealth and higher average living standards than almost any nation in human history.

People from all four corners of the Earth risk everything to come to America for one reason: because this system works. It drives innovation, creates wealth, and builds futures like no other system in human history. Capitalism isn’t the problem—it is the engine that built the modern world.

But today, organizations like the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and other modern socialist movements are fundamentally misdiagnosing what ails us. They see real, valid frustrations—like the struggle to find safe and affordable housing, secure a good paying job, afford healthcare and childcare, obtain continuous education, or get a fair shake in a courtroom—and they blame capitalism itself.

That is political quackery. It is like going to the doctor with a fractured arm, and instead of giving you a cast or a sling, the doctor prescribes you cough syrup. Socialism is a catastrophic mismatch for what actually hurts American families. Tearing down a proven, championship-winning economic engine because a few parts need alignment isn’t progress; it is reckless destruction and malpractice.

And the supreme irony? Many of the radical voices proposing to tear this system down are the very ones who have benefited most from its prosperity, or those who arrived from afar specifically to take part in its promise.

The real issue in America isn’t capitalism. It is fair and equal access to capitalism. A game isn’t rigged just because some players need better gear to get on the field.

That is why I am proposing Universal Capitalism (Equal-Access Capitalism).

My framework solves the equal-access dilemma without burning down the stadium which we as a nation have won 168 economic championships in. We don’t change the game from a competitive sprint to a government-forced march; we just make sure every single American has a lane on the track, a fair pair of running shoes, and the tools to compete.

Instead of passive government welfare that can trap people in cycles of dependency, Universal Capitalism establishes a Launchpad Safety Net built on five core, unshakeable pillars:

1. The Right to Employment (Work, Not Welfare)

We replace unconditional handouts with a productive guarantee. Every able-bodied citizen will have the right to a job contributing to our national infrastructure, public safety, and civic upkeep.

This is a direct aid to curbing crime in our communities. We all know the old truth: “idle time is the devil’s playground.” Far too many violations of the law are committed by people simply struggling to make ends meet. By guaranteeing productive, dignified work, we eliminate economic desperation and channel energy into uplifting our neighborhoods. We preserve human dignity by ensuring that if you are able to work, your community needs your labor, and you will earn a paycheck, not a handout.

2. Enhancing Land and Property Opportunity (The Ownership Stake)

This is the fundamental divider between our movements. Socialism aims to confiscate and take control of private property. Universal Capitalism proposes to enhance everyone’s reach to obtain and secure it.

When people own their homes or the commercial spaces for their small businesses, they have a tangible stake in the safety, beauty, and prosperity of their neighborhoods. True capitalism means individual citizens—not just massive real estate investment trusts or foreign conglomerates—have a clear path to land ownership and generational wealth. We will protect local entrepreneurs from being priced out of the communities they built, slash the bureaucratic red tape that drives up building costs, and prioritize local property ownership over corporate monopolies.

3. Universal Baselines (Housing, Healthcare, Childcare & Education)

Socialists want to completely socialize these industries, which destroys innovation and quality. Universal Capitalism views baseline housing, healthcare, childcare, and education as the critical infrastructure required to compete. Stable housing gives a worker a foundation. Affordable childcare ensures parents can actually go to work or build a business knowing their children are safe and cared for. Quality healthcare ensures a medical emergency doesn’t wipe out a family’s savings. Continuous vocational training and education keep our workforce sharp, dynamic, and ready for high-paying jobs.

4. Absolute Legal Equality (Right to Civil & Criminal Counsel)

Capitalism cannot function fairly if contract enforcement and legal defense are locked behind a wealth barrier. Currently, the ultra-wealthy can afford premium legal protection to safeguard their assets, while everyday citizens cannot. By guaranteeing the right to counsel in both criminal and critical civil matters (like housing and business disputes), we ensure a completely level playing field where the legal system cannot be weaponized against small business owners and workers.

5. A Minimum Quality of Life Floor

By combining guaranteed employment, stable baseline housing, healthcare, and education, we naturally establish a resilient minimum standard of living. Because this floor is built on earned capital and productivity, it keeps inflation in check and ensures every American is a consumer contributing to a booming private sector.

Anticipated Criticisms & Preemptive Responses

Criticism 1: “How do you propose to fund this?”

  • The Reality: We aren’t creating brand-new societal costs; we are shifting current, wasteful government expenses into productive investments. Right now, billions of taxpayer dollars are spent on passive welfare, unemployment checks, emergency room bills for the uninsured, and the staggering financial burden of crime and mass incarceration.
  • The Solution: Passive welfare has a 0% return on investment—it is a sunk cost. Universal Capitalism treats these baselines as infrastructure. When we fund a guaranteed job project, that worker fixes our streets, spends their paycheck at local small businesses, and pays income taxes back into the system. Welfare is an ongoing expense; Universal Capitalism is an investment that builds the economy and pays dividends back into the U.S. Treasury.

Criticism 2: “You will destroy the private sector workforce.”

  • The Reality: Skeptics argue that a guaranteed job floor will cause workers to abandon private employers, crushing local small businesses.
  • The Solution: The guaranteed job program is an employer of last resort, designed to absorb workers only when the private sector contracts. It pays a baseline living wage linked to mandatory civic work—it does not replace the high-growth potential of private-sector careers. Furthermore, by building public infrastructure for healthcare and childcare, we lift a massive benefit-funding burden off the shoulders of small business owners, allowing them to focus entirely on growth and competitive wages.

Criticism 3: “You will paralyze the American court system.”

  • The Reality: Critics will claim that expanding the right to civil counsel will flood our judiciary with infinite, costly litigation and create massive backlogs.
  • The Solution: We don’t just add lawyers; we modernize the entire judicial arena. My platform introduces an AI Fast-Track Court System for Routine Civil Disputes (such as basic contract disagreements, minor property claims, or housing issues). This automated layer processes clear-cut data in seconds based strictly on legal precedent. To guarantee absolute fairness, we place a Mandatory Human Appeal Mechanism directly on top. If either party senses a lack of human nuance or context, they have an immediate right to elevate the case to a human judge and jury. This clears out 80% of routine court congestion overnight, allowing human judges to focus on complex trials while slashing administrative costs for taxpayers.

Criticism 4: “This is just Big Bureaucracy in disguise.”

  • The Reality: Opponents will argue that managing jobs for millions requires a bloated, inefficient federal department dictating tasks from Washington.
  • The Solution: Universal Capitalism relies on decentralized, localized control. The federal government acts strictly as the funding engine, while municipal governments, precinct commanders, and neighborhood boards identify their own direct infrastructure, safety, and childcare needs. Local leaders direct local labor to fix the very blocks where they live.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Isn’t this just socialism with a different name?

A: Absolutely not. Socialism aims to nationalize industries, confiscate private property, and mandate equal outcomes through state control. Universal Capitalism does the exact opposite: it fiercely protects private property, expands individual land ownership, and keeps the market intensely competitive. It simply ensures that the baseline infrastructure—work, housing, health, law, and education—is robust enough so every single American can genuinely enter the competitive arena and win.

Q: Why require mandatory work for able-bodied individuals?

A: Because human dignity is built on contribution, not dependency. Unconditional handouts can trap families in cycles of poverty and leave talent idle. Idle time often becomes the playground for neighborhood crime and desperation. Universal Capitalism honors your dignity by declaring that your community needs your effort, and you deserve an honest, earned paycheck.

Q: How does this system help small business owners?

A: Currently, mega-corporations squeeze out local entrepreneurs because small businesses can’t afford to provide the massive healthcare, retirement, and childcare benefits packages that giant conglomerates do. By establishing these baselines as a public foundation, Universal Capitalism levels the playing field. Small businesses are freed up to use their capital to hire, innovate, and expand.

Furthermore, our local mom-and-pop shops and neighborhood bodegas are currently the very first targets subjected to criminal mischief, theft, and higher acts of crime. By creating a dignified community where people are not left sitting idle, we dramatically reduce the desperation and inclination to commit these offenses. Universal Capitalism doesn’t just protect a small business’s bottom line; it actively protects their storefronts, their employees, and their physical safety.

No Sanctuary City In-Place Dignity City

Let’s be realistic: Immigration enforcement isn’t going anywhere—it is the law of the land. In light of recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings—which have stripped judicial review from Temporary Protected Status (TPS) decisions and greenlit tighter federal border enforcement—the legal reality has changed. Federal immigration restrictions are only becoming more deeply entrenched.

In an effort to calm the air and protect our local community from the backlash of radical politics, we must change course. The anti-American rhetoric coming from the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)—including reckless demands to open borders, abolish the police, revamp and restructure government, and advocate for anarchism—is deeply counterproductive. It is highly concerning and only fueling and instigating public demands for mass deportations. They are steering vulnerable people straight off a cliff.

Once upon a time, immigrants were excited to enjoy and share the American experience. Now, the DSA has coached and influenced them publicly to be anti-American and to hate America.

As your representative, I will move to Repeal and Cease NYC’s Sanctuary Status, replacing it with a localized framework supported by my own targeted addendums to the federal Dignity Act (H.R. 4393).

My Proposed Addendums to the Dignity Act

While the bipartisan Dignity Act focuses on strengthening border security, mandating E-Verify, and creating a 7-year renewable legal status, New York needs specific protections. My addendums will implement:

  • Strict Ideological Vetting: A robust vetting process to ensure candidates for legal status are aligned with basic American civic values and do not hold subverted or anarchist ideologies.
  • Economic Stability Pauses: Data-driven pauses in local immigration processing whenever indicators show an adverse impact on local unemployment rates, housing availability, or the displacement of working-class citizens.
  • Constituents’ Proposals: Upon holding district meetings with the public, proposals for addenda by constituents will be received and passed by a quorum of the vote.

⚠️ Important Community Notice: Political Activism & U.S. Law

A Message to NY-13 Residents: Moving Wisely in Uncertain Times

To our long-term neighbors and our new arrivals: Understand the legal landscape and move wisely.

For decades, the Democrat political establishment deployed bad-faith campaign promises to keep vulnerable groups dependent. Now, they have unleashed a radical subset that they can no longer control. In fact, this extreme faction has turned on its own establishment masters—coaching people to hate and undermine America. It is a absolute setup for failure.

While the First Amendment protects broad political speech for U.S. citizens, federal law draws strict boundaries around non-citizens regarding national security and subversive organizations. Engaging with extreme groups can permanently jeopardize your legal status.

Statute / LawLegal Implications for Non-Citizens & Immigrants
The Smith Act
(18 U.S.C. § 2385)
Makes it a federal crime to knowingly advocate or teach the duty or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the U.S. government by force or violence.
The Immigration & Nationality Act
(8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(3)(D))
Dictates that any immigrant who is or has been a member of, or affiliated with, a communist or totalitarian party is legally inadmissible and ineligible for a Green Card.
INA Naturalization Bars
(8 U.S.C. § 1424 / § 313)
Strictly prohibits the naturalization of any person who advocates, or belongs to an organization that advocates, anarchism or opposition to organized government within 10 years of filing.
The McCarran Act & Communist Control Act
(50 U.S.C. § 781 / §§ 841–844)
Establishes severe statutory frameworks treating organizations deemed a threat to constitutional security as instrumentalities of hostile influence.

Critical Warning on New Legislation: This legal exposure is severely heightened by pending federal legislation, such as H.R. 8387 (the MAMDANI Act). This proposed bill explicitly seeks to expand the Immigration and Nationality Act to mandate the deportation, denaturalization, and stripping of judicial review for any non-citizen affiliated with socialist or anarchist organizations like the DSA.

H.R. 8387 IS ONLY ONE OF TWO MAMDANI ACTS PROPOSED BY CONGRESS. THE OTHER IS “the Moving American Money Distant from Anti-National Interests (MAMDANI) Act, a bill that will restrict the flow of federal taxpayer dollars to New York City while Zohran Mamdani, a communist, is mayor.”

The takeaway is simple: Assimilate, respect the rule of law, and do not let extreme political groups put your future in America at risk.

ESCAPE NYC

Citizens Are Being Pushed Out, Evicted, and Exodusing Out Of Sanctuary Cities and Welcoming Cities in Mass Droves

The Hidden Link: Why Citizens Are Fleeing “Sanctuary” & “Welcoming” Jurisdictions

⚠️ DSA & DEMS’ GENTRIFICATION TOOLBOX

The DEMS (Democrat Establishment) and the DSA (Democratic Socialists of Anti-America) are both pointing fingers at each other as the blame for massive gentrification in their districts. Democrat Hakeem Jeffries called the DSA “TEAM GENTRIFICATION” when the DSA threatened to take his office seat, accusing the DSA of “Political Gentrification.”

In return, the DSA states that the DEMS are to blame for massive gentrification—accusing the DEMS of taking big bribe donations to close their eyes and make way for developers to oust current NYC residents, while using Sanctuary Jurisdiction Gentrification to funnel unverified votes to hold onto their power. Moderate Democrats argue that the rise of the DSA in historically Black and Latino neighborhoods in NYC is fueled by incoming, wealthier, and whiter newcomers (in addition to undocumented populations).

Many residents in Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood are wise enough to perceive and know that their time is coming to be ousted if DSA’s Darializa Chevalier wins this 11/3/2026 general election.

Look at the data, and a devastating pattern emerges across our nation’s major urban centers. A wave of progressive governance is actively driving citizens out of Sanctuary Jurisdictions—with New York City leading the exodus.

While mainstream media outlets mask these departures behind vague economic jargon, the political common denominator is undeniable. We are witnessing a systemic Trifecta form of Political, Institutional, and Sanctuary Gentrification, where radical policies are intentionally utilized to price out, displace, and replace the existing population:

1. Political Gentrification (Centrist / Establishment View) Allies of Hakeem Jeffries applied the “Team Gentrification” label to left-wing activists and newer progressive voters. They argued that the influx of younger, wealthier, and often whiter progressive demographics into working-class neighborhoods of color fuels the cultural and economic shifts associated with displacement.
2. Institutional Gentrification (e.g., Columbia Expansion) Institutions like Columbia University’s West Side Expansion—where politicians open doors to grab massive land via eminent domain—cause massive displacement across Harlem, especially in Congressional District NY-13 (where DSA candidate Darializa won her primary over long-term incumbent Espaillat). Columbia is the largest private landowner in NYC; its expansion into Morningside Heights and West Harlem has driven decades of rising housing costs and the displacement of low-income residents and local Black & Latino-owned businesses.

Read: “Columbia University’s Infection of West Harlem: Gentrification Under the Guise of Education” & “Between St. Nicholas & Amsterdam: How Columbia claims ‘public use’ for private gain”
3. Sanctuary Gentrification & Agency Weaponization Under the influence of the DSA, sanctuary leaders have systematically reshaped local government and resident demographics to hold power and money. Rather than prioritizing long-term citizens, administrative and judicial decisions in hiring, housing, promotions, ticketing, and law enforcement are increasingly weaponized against the interests of native New Yorkers, integrated residents, and hard-working Americans (political harassment).

The Consequences Speak for Themselves:

  • Fiscal Collapse: Multi-billion-dollar budget deficits directly triggered by local migrant crises.
  • Economic Strain: Threats of skyrocketing inheritance and property taxes unstabilizing multi-generational families out of their homes.

DSA -vs- Democrat politicians are all in the media news pointing fingers at each other for intentionally allowing, and promoting Gentrification within their districts by design. Charging one another (themselves, each other) of faciliatating Gentrification in return for contribution bribes & political voting power, in Harlem, Upper West Side, Washington heights , Inwood, and through out NY 13 Congressional District!

The Hidden Link: Why Citizens Are Fleeing Sanctuary Jurisdictions (and wanna be sanctuary jurisdictions called “Welcoming Cities “)?
Look at the data, and a devastating pattern emerges across our nation’s major urban centers. A wave of progressive governance is actively driving citizens out of Sanctuary Jurisdictions—with New York City leading the exodus.
While mainstream media outlets mask these departures behind vague economic jargon, the political common denominator is undeniable. We are witnessing a systemic consolidated form of Political, Institutional, and Sanctuary Gentrification, where radical policies are intentionally utilized to price out, displace, and replace the existing population. Under the influence of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)—who are currently locked in a fierce political civil war with the establishment Democratic Party—sanctuary leaders have systematically reshaped local government. Instead of prioritizing existing citizens, they practice adversity in their administrative and judicial decisions in hiring, housing, promotions, ticketing, and admin law enforcement are increasingly weaponized against the interests of native New Yorkers, residents that Assimilate & integrated , and hard-working Americans.
The consequences of these policies speak for themselves:
Fiscal Collapse: Multi-billion-dollar budget deficits directly triggered by local migrant crises.
Economic Strain: Threats of skyrocketing inheritance and property taxes unstabilizing multi-generational families out of their homes.
Corporate Flight: Destructive sanctuary policies that create hostile business environments, chasing major employers out of town.
Threats of Anarchism & Anti-American Hate: Ideological policies that undermine public safety and traditional American values, leaving residents feeling like foreigners in their own cities.
Below, I have compiled four separate investigative videos detailing the record-shattering domestic out-migration from these regions. While the creators of these videos focus on the symptoms—the soaring rents, changing demographics, and vanishing middle class—look closer. Every single city highlighted in these reports shares one defining trait: they are all codified Sanctuary Jurisdictions and Welcoming Cities.
Watch below to see the real-world cost of progressive overreach:

A Critical Thinker Must Recognize That These Cruel Instances Of Institutional And Sanctuary Jurisdiction Gentrifications Are Not Accidental —They Are Done By Design.

▪ PROTECT LOCAL INSTITUTIONS & CITIZENS
➢ Stop Agency Weaponization: End the targeting and bureaucratic harassment of native New Yorkers, working families, and law-abiding assimilated immigrants by state/city bodies (including DFS, NYS UCS, Dept of Finance, Municipal Courts, and Parking Violations Agencies).
➢ Defend Civic Assimilation: Protect patriotic working families who support American law and order from radical anti-sovereignty agendas & agents.

Democratic Socialists of Anti-American are weaponizing NYC AND State agencies, like DFS, NYS UCS, Department of Finance, Municipal Court, or a specialized Traffic and Parking Violations Agency to target Native New Yorkers and immigrants who Assimilate (not Anti-American) to institute their socialism and sanctuary policies.

Sanctuary leaders are actively prioritizing undocumented residents over legal citizens to build a brand-new, dependent voting base. They view independent citizens, who could exercise their discretion to vote freely, as a direct threat to their grip on political power. Therefore, driving citizens out isn’t just a byproduct of their policies; it is the ultimate strategy to secure their political positions.

Take Action: Support the Fight to Restore Accountability
If you want a leader who will stand up against progressive overreach, defend the rule of law, and place the interests of hard-working American citizens first, get involved today.
Reclaim your existence. Do not allow yourself or your children’s foundation to be run over and spooked by radical agendas

Historically, immigrants arrived eager to assimilate, contribute, and build the American Dream. Today, radical organizations like the DSA spew anti-American, anarchist, and open-border rhetoric—venom that discourages unification and threatens our common interest in national security and public order.

Today, debates surrounding immigration and political polarization often highlight deep divisions within our communities, posing challenges to our -again- shared interests in national security, social cohesion, and public order.

Discussions around these issues reveal tensions that strain relationships between long-standing community members and newer arrivals. Instances of mutual distrust, discrimination, or perceived hostility undermine the cooperative spirit that has traditionally defined our neighborhoods. It is essential to address these friction points constructively rather than allowing divisive rhetoric to erode community trust. While we must avoid broad generalizations, fostering mutual respect is vital to ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected regardless of background.

I blame the Democrat party for its political stratergy to divide to control its different base of supporters. When I had recently inquired new arrival aquaintance why they look down upon foundational citizens his response was “that is what they tell us when they process in country, …” (that real life statement collaborate with several testaments made by foriegn residents online). Said arrogance is too fueled by the Democrat government controlled led sancturary jurisdictions that neglect Black & Brown foundation citizens (making them the bottom of the barrel under class) while favoring and tailor making successful paths for its immmigrant class, as they see them as their most loyal voting base that must rely on their advocacy for existence here in the U.S..

These days, the DSA (AKA- “Demaguoges Socialists of Anti America & Anarchism”), has adversley influenced (and recently revealed) a divide that was not appearant before. The same immigrant class, that Foundational American Citizens have always embraced in past as friends; employeed; shared meals and laughs with, etc.; are now becoming cruelly antagonistic, despising, and gushing hate towards Foundational Americans. Unjustly referring to them openly out loud as “Lazy Americans” “Akata” “Abeed” “Spics” “Devils”; using their positions (security; Admin or judicial decision makers; medical attendants; etc.) to harass, undermine and discriminate base on American nationality status. Maybe many had always held these hateful sentiments in secrete and now the DSA just made it more comfrontable for them to let it out loud in the open, and perfom them out blatantly in the open. Of course we do not want to blanket indict (because that will make you no better than the ones hating based on nationality) but it now appear that too many “bad [political] apples are spoiling the bunch”. These rotten political apples are not unifying & hamonizing, instead they are dividing & alienating!

We must reject divisive agendas that tear away from, and at, the social fabric binding our communities. Instead, we must champion policies that reinforce equality, justice, and the rule of law—restoring control to our borders and strengthening civic integration while preserving a unified, cohesive, and multicultral national identity.

Smaller Government, Less taxes, Less Spending, Public Safety -Versus- Larger Gov, More Taxes & Spending, Less Public Safety.

In 2025 NYC incurred a $12 billion deficit due to its sanctuary city status, that Darializa strongly supports.

In turn that $12B deficit sancturary city spending cost (right to shelter, and other humanitarian aid) had DSA Mayor Mamdani scrambling to cover up, to balance the NYC’s budget. He proposed and implemented all sorts of policies which adversely shifted the Sanctuary costs onto the citizen on NYC. From pied-à-terre taxes (which regular citizens are too receiving tax notices for); inheritance taxes; no free parking; defund police; plus more.

The simple mathematical equation to less taxes is to decrease the need of spending cost.

DSA’s, calls to abolish law enforcement is not only political malpractice but too is a total disregard to public safety. DSA see abolishing law enforcement as a way to (1) lessening detention & control over illegal presences, thus less monitoring over the illegal votes DEMS & DSA rely on to grab and maintain political power (2) also as a way for DEMS AND DSA to shift and hide cost spending for its sanctuary policies.

Smaller Government vs. Larger Government: Fiscal Responsibility and Public Safety

The intersection of municipal finance, sanctuary city policies, and public safety forms a core debate in local and national politics. The fiscal strain experienced by large municipalities like New York City—tied to the costs of sheltering individuals and providing mandated services—has intensified debates over resource allocation, taxation, and government spending.

The Core Equation: Lower Spending, Lower Taxes

The simple mathematical equation to lessen taxes is to decrease the need for spending. Smaller government, less taxes, less spending, and robust public safety stand in direct contrast to larger government models driven by increased taxation, higher spending, and compromised public safety.

Critics point to significant municipal budget deficits driven by sanctuary policies, arguing that these financial strains force difficult choices and lead to policies that adversely shift costs onto everyday citizens through increased fees, service cuts, and new tax burdens. Conversely, proponents of progressive governance argue that fiscal shortfalls should be met by progressive taxation targeting high-income earners or corporations to protect baseline public services.

Sanctuary Policies and Budgetary Pressures

  • The Critical View: Critics argue that municipal sanctuary protections and legal mandates strain local budgets, forcing difficult choices between funding essential services like sanitation, transit, and education versus covering humanitarian expenditures.
  • The Defense View: Defenders maintain that these policies are rooted in community trust and humanitarian obligations, asserting that financial burdens stem from broader structural and federal challenges rather than local choices alone.

Public Safety and Law Enforcement

Debates over policing and law enforcement structures involve contrasting philosophies on community safety:

  • Law Enforcement Support: Advocates for robust police funding argue that public safety is the primary duty of government and an essential prerequisite for economic vitality, commerce, and community well-being. Proposals to diminish police presence or authority are viewed as a direct threat to public safety.
  • Reform and Alternative Frameworks: Certain progressive and Democratic Socialist factions advocate for shifting resources away from traditional policing toward alternative social services and community programs, reflecting a fundamental disagreement on how to achieve long-term safety.
