Election administrators routinely accept easily forged paper utility bills, bank statements, or non-citizen local IDs (such as NYCID or Green Light Driver’s Licenses) at voting locations to resolve unverified status, while failing to properly equip or train poll workers to authenticate true legal proof of citizenship.
